Please take note of this scheduled maintenance that will impact availability of PROD Tango Systems.

WHEN
Scheduled: Wednesday, May 15, 2024 11PM - 3AM PST
Backup: Wednesday, May 22, 2024 11PM - 3AM PST



IMPACTED SYSTEMS
During the Maintenance Window, all Tango order management systems will be down. This includes API calls and Tango portal. Reward Link and Promo Link redemptions will also be unavailable to reward recipients.

As always, we recommend that API customers utilize an incremental retry mechanism for orders.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tango will be performing routine maintenance to our databases and systems. We will follow up with a reminder and additional details one week prior to the scheduled upgrade.


DOWNTIME BEHAVIOR
During the maintenance period you may experience the following system behaviors in PROD:
No access to the Tango portal (formerly Rewards Genius)
Cannot redeem Reward Links or Promo Links
Redemption flows will not be accessible during this scheduled outage.
Degraded performance

httpCode 5xx series errors - If you receive this error message during the Time Window, please be sure that your system retries the order after the maintenance window has ended. We will send additional reminders prior to the scheduled maintenance window and again once the maintenance is complete. This Status Page will also be updated when the Maintenance is complete and all services are functioning again. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Technical Support Team.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - Our Tango Portal datasource is experiencing unexpected behavior regarding the ability to view account transactions. 
We have investigated the problem and we are about to restore and sync data from the beginning of this week. This means that the transaction history for this week will temporarily be unavailable for 3 -4 hours.
We expect this issue to be resolved and fully synced within that timeframe, and updates will be posted to this status page.
