On 03/15, we will be applying updates to our system which powers our Order History for Line Items & Email events in Production, including both the RaaS API and Rewards Genius application. We don’t anticipate any downtime for these services but end users may see increased latency and/or timeouts during this period.

End: 03/16/2023 12:00 AM PST
Maintenance Description:
We will be updating our system which powers our Order History for Line Items & Email events for regularly scheduled maintenance.
Downtime Behavior:
During the maintenance period you may experience the following system behaviors:
- Degraded performance for order history lookups
- httpCode 5xx series errors
If you receive this error message during the Time Window, please be sure that your system retries the call after the maintenance window has ended.
We will send additional reminders prior to the scheduled maintenance window and again once the maintenance is complete. This Status Page will also be updated when the Maintenance is complete and all services are functioning again.
