Notice of Scheduled Maintenance Oct 27, 22:00 - Oct 28, 01:00 PDT
Dear Partner,

On 10/27 all Tango Card services including (API calls, Rewards Genius access, and Reward Link and Promo Link redemptions) will be unavailable for 3 hours starting at 10PM PST. We will be performing a series of upgrades to our database at this time. For API orders we recommend retrying all orders after the maintenance window which is expected to end at 1AM PST.

Start: 10/27/2021 10:00 PM PST
End: 10/28/2021 1:00 AM PST

Maintenance Description:
We will be updating our database for regularly scheduled maintenance.

Downtime Behavior:
During the maintenance period you may experience the following system behaviors:
- No access to Rewards Genius
- Cannot redeem Reward Links or Promo Links
- Degraded performance
- httpCode 5xx series errors

If you receive this error message during the Time Window, please be sure that your system retries the order after the maintenance window has ended.

We will send additional reminders prior to the scheduled maintenance window and again once the maintenance is complete. This Status Page will also be updated when the Maintenance is complete and all services are functioning again.
