IMPACTED SYSTEMS

Tango performed routine upgrades to our PROD databases on Feb 13. We will be finalizing this upgrade during the scheduled Backup window on Feb 21.

During the backup window upgrade, all Tango order management systems in PROD will be unavailable. This includes API calls and Rewards Genius. Reward Link and Promo Link redemptions will also be unavailable in PROD.

As always, we recommend that API customers utilize an incremental retry mechanism for orders.


DOWNTIME BEHAVIOR
- During the maintenance period you may experience the following system behaviors in PROD:
- No access to the Tango portal (formerly Rewards Genius)
- Cannot redeem Reward Links or Promo Links
- Redemption flows will not be accessible during this scheduled outage.
- Degraded performance
- httpCode 5xx series errors - If you receive this error message during the Time Window, please be sure that your system retries the order after the maintenance window has ended. We will send additional reminders prior to the scheduled maintenance window and again once the maintenance is complete. This Status Page will also be updated when the Maintenance is complete and all services are functioning again.
