Dear Partner,

On 12/2 some Tango Card services including (Rewards Genius access, and Reward Link and Promo Link redemptions) will be unavailable for 1 hour starting at 10PM PST. We will be performing an upgrade to our Reward Link and Rewards Genius systems at this time. All RaaS API calls will NOT be affected.

Time Window
Start: 12/02/2021 10:00 PM PST
End: 12/02/2021 11:00 PM PST

Maintenance Description:
We will be updating our system for regularly scheduled maintenance.

Downtime Behavior:
During the maintenance period you may experience the following system behaviors in SANDBOX:
- No access to Rewards Genius
- Cannot redeem Reward Links or Promo Links

If you receive this error message during the Time Window, please be sure that your system retries the order after the maintenance window has ended.

We will send additional reminders prior to the scheduled maintenance window and again once the maintenance is complete. This Status Page will also be updated when the Maintenance is complete and all services are functioning again.
