Dear Partner,
On 8/12 all Tango Card Sandbox services including (Sandbox API calls, Sandbox Rewards Genius access, and Sandbox Reward Link and Promo Link redemptions) will be unavailable for 1.5 hours starting at 5:30PM PST. We will be performing a series of upgrades to our database at this time. For Sandbox API orders we recommend retrying all orders after the maintenance window which is expected to end at 7PM PST.
Maintenance Description: We will be updating our Sandbox databases to improve performance and functionality.
Downtime Behavior: During the maintenance period you may experience the following system behaviors: - No access to Sandbox Rewards Genius - Cannot redeem Sandbox Reward Links or Promo Links - Degraded Sandbox performance - httpCode 5xx series errors from the Sandbox API
If you receive this error message during the Time Window, please be sure that your system retries the order after the maintenance window has ended.
We will send additional reminders prior to the scheduled maintenance window and again once the maintenance is complete. This Status Page will also be updated when the Sandbox Maintenance is complete and all services are functioning again
