Temporary failures for portal orders and reward redemptions

Some Tango portal orders and reward redemptions failed due to a temporary issue from 11:05 AM to 11:50 AM PDT. The issue has been fixed.

Customers were not charged for their failed orders. Customers can retry their orders, and recipients can retry redeeming their rewards.
