We are aware of an issue preventing recipients from redeeming value through disbursement links. The disruption is the result of an outage affecting one of our suppliers.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are actively engaged with the supplier to restore normal redemption functionality. Additional updates will be provided as we learn more.
