Notice of Scheduled Maintenance in SANDBOX

Dear Partner,
Please take note of this scheduled maintenance that will impact availability of Tango Systems.

WHEN
Scheduled: Tuesday April 23, 2024 11PM - 3AM PST
Backup: Wednesday April 24, 2024 11PM - 3AM PST

IMPACTED SYSTEMS
During the upgrade, all Tango order management systems in SANDBOX will be unavailable. This includes API calls and Tango portal. Reward Link and Promo Link redemptions will also be unavailable in SANDBOX.

As always, we recommend that API customers utilize an incremental retry mechanism for orders and testing in SANDBOX.

DOWNTIME BEHAVIOR
During the maintenance period you may experience the following system behaviors in SANDBOX:
- No access to the Tango portal (formerly Rewards Genius)
- Cannot redeem Reward Links or Promo Links
- Redemption flows will not be accessible during this scheduled outage.
- Degraded performance
- httpCode 5xx series errors - If you receive this error message during the Time Window, please be sure that your system retries the order after the maintenance window has ended. We will send additional reminders prior to the scheduled maintenance window and again once the maintenance is complete. This Status Page will also be updated when the Maintenance is complete and all services are functioning again.
