Tango will perform scheduled maintenance that will impact orders for Open Loop Prepaid cards and some physical gift cards.
Maintenance window
Tuesday, September 8, 2026, through Wednesday, September 9, 2026 10:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. CST
Expected impact
During this maintenance window:
- All real-time Open Loop Prepaid card orders will fail. - Some physical gift card orders may also be affected. - Portal and API ordering will be impacted. - Integration (Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.) will be impacted - Recipients using MyPrepaidCenter.com will be impacted
Please plan affected card orders outside this maintenance window whenever possible. Normal ordering service is expected to resume after maintenance is complete.
